Valuation is one of the most mission critical operational activities an investment fund is required to make. Vital to investor protection and supervised by a series of regulatory requirements and standards, asset managers and their governing bodies are subject to a range of valuation compliance obligations.
The Fund Valuation Institute (FVI) aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of fund valuation through a combination of information provision, education and training and communication and networking amongst fund valuation stakeholders.
